This is my second experience with Jason, and once again he was truly outstanding and blew out expectations out of the water. Not only did he help us sell our current property within 5 days of being on the market for over ask, but he was able to help negotiate and secure us our new property in a highly desired area.
We saw about 10 houses total with Jason, and although put offers in on properties (multiple bids) we never felt like we had lost the "one". When we did come across the right one - Jason coached us and advised us on how we should proceed to be successful.
He was able to help us see past some dated decor and find us the house right the right bones, in the right area even though it was a holiday. His trusted contacts helped to swiftly move through the inspection process and we never felt like any of our many questions were a bother or an annoyance to him.
