I was not planning to use a realtor to sell my home but was given James' name as a reference for a market evaluation. I met with him, he did a thorough inspection of my home, and followed up within one week with a list of comparable properties that had sold within the last year. With the information he presented I decided to go ahead and list with James. My house sold within a matter of days. He was prompt, efficient and conscientious concerning all matters.
