James recently helped my husband and I purchase our condo. He was wonderful to work with - personable, professional and knowledgeable. James meticulously walked us through every step of the process and made excellent recommendations on other required professionals (home inspector, lawyer, etc.) who assisted in the purchase. His expertise and connections made a stressful process extremely painless. And he's a great guy to boot. We would recommend him to all our friends and family.
