James made our first time home buying experience very easy! We had little knowledge of the areas within Toronto. Not only did James know the areas, he knew specific buildings, what they had to offer, any previous issues, what the demographic in the building was like, etc. James was always early for showings (so that we knew where to park) he was very professional, and available to communicate at almost anytime.
