I recommend Ian to any and all persons looking to buy or sell. Ian knew everything about each house, he knew the ins and outs on the market and was so professional when dealing with us and the sellers.
We would not have bought a house within our price range if it wasn't for Ian. He listened to our wants and knew exactly what we were looking for.
