Hands down the best realtor you will ever work with (along with her partner, Joanna). Heidi sold a family members place recently, but I have seen her work with a number of other clients (ergo the referral). She not only knows every place and everyone on the lower island, but is adored by them all. She is insanely amazing at guiding buyers through the process (SO patient and kind), has an awesome knowledge of the industry and market, is excellent and super speedy with contact, and crazy efficient with scheduling and marketing. But apart from that, she is just a joy to be around, and manages to make the entire process feel FUN all the while proving how insanely and genuinely much she cares for her clients. I wasn't even directly her client but she STILL managed to make ME feel attended to and cared for, in addition to her actual clients. Truly an amazing person! Heidi (and the amazing Joanna!) are THE BEST!
