Having an elderly parent living alone in a house that she needed to downsize from was not easy. Harry, I must say that you are patient, kind, professional and very knowledgeable about the process to help our mom downsize to the perfect home. We especially give you very high praise for your honesty. We were not present with our mom so it required a honest broker to help her with private and intricate documents etc. But you did it all in our absence and not only that we're happy but our mom is very happy and comfortable with her smaller home.
