In a time when condos don't sell, we got an offer on ours from the first viewing. Our realtor Logan Ortiz was fantastic to work with. This was our first time selling a property and he basically held our hand through the process. He told us what to do to prepare the property for sale, what to expect and even predicted what he thought the condo would sell for. We did what he suggested and the condo had an offer before his realtor for-sale sign was out front of the building. Logan was always available for our questions and to explain whatever we needed clarification on. I've heard a lot of nightmare stories of dealing with pushy realtors who just want to get the deal done and move on. Logan was the opposite, he was the definition of servant leadership.
