In these uncertain Covid19 times Govind was not only very communicative but also seemed to have has finger on what the market was doing. We started our search in Mid March and found that a lot of houses were not exactly what we wanted. With his sage advice we finally found something that we loved. The problem was so did so many others! With his great negotiation skills we were able to go in firm and get the deal we wanted on the home we wanted. We were so excited and think that Govind was one of the main reasons we were able to get the house we wanted!
