Gosia Karwowski assisted my fiancée and I with buying our first home for our family. We were looking for a great family neighborhood because we have a toddler. While we went through the preapproval process, Gosia was busy at work narrowing down neighborhoods that met our criteria. By the time we new how much we could afford, she had a lovely selection of possible properties ready for us to view. We were impressed by her level of professionalism throughout the process and her ability to turn our wish list into a reality. We are forever grateful to Gosia for finding a beautiful townhome for our family that backs out onto a greenspace and has plenty of children in the neighborhood for our son to play with.
