Gary was approachable and easy to get in touch with, being available quickly and frequently. He knew a lot about the local neighbourhoods and properties, and helped me learn about the overall process at all stages.
I disagree with your scoring, but I do appreciate the timeyou took to complete the review. The condo you purchased sold for $349,900. A similar sized unit in the same building sold for $398,000 the month before. I know that my years of selling to Supermarkets and Auto Dealers has given me strong negotiating skills. The purchase price of your condo indicates that I negotiated a great deal for you. I look forward to helping you next year with your purchase of a revenue property.
