We have met Judy at her open house one day and discussed our issue with our condo not selling. We have been through 2 realtors trying to sell our condo for a year with no luck.
Judy and Forrest came to our place and explained everything they do and what they can do to get our place sold. We're very impressed and hopeful as we thought it would just be another realtor speech. They even explained why our unit did not sell because it was listed incorrectly. False information were in the previous listing.

We gave it a shot...we said that this would be our last realtor and if does not sell we will move on and just stay.
