Fantastic service! We met Eric a few years ago in an effort to sell our rental property. To our surprise he recommended that we not sell given poor market conditions at that time. Instead, he advised us to hire a management company to make our lives easier and allow the market to improve. Two years later Eric sold our condo at the peak of the market. Incredible!
