Selling a property was a first for me and I was unsure of all that was involved. Eric helped to walk me through the process right from the beginning by showing me how to decide on what a fair listing price should be. He continued to answer any questions I had and never made me feel bad for asking them. When an offer came he helped guide me through it and I felt he always had my best interests in mind. I would definitely recommend Eric to anyone looking to buy or sell a property!
