I have used Eric both to buy and sell my home in Airdrie. Both my wife and I found Eric to be a professional agent and also a down to earth person that's easy to converse with. He has the ability to say the right thing the write time. He kept us very informed and wasn't afraid to tell us the truth when required. Also Eric is very accommodating to our needs and timetable and proved to be a good negotiator when requested. 5 star rating for us.
