Eric was great during the sale of my condo. I was leaving the country and needed things to be done smoothly and efficiently. Eric was extremely attentive and was very clear about what we should list it for and why. He made me feel very confident. He ended up selling my condo in 10 days! The buyer even tried to put in some questionable stipulations and Eric handled that really well and they gave in fast. I would definitely recommend Eric as your realtor.
