We met with Doug after having met some other Realtors, and felt an immediate level of comfort, trust and professionalism from him. He's just a real, decent guy, with a great sense of humour and we're glad to have met him. Doug walked us through all of our questions, without feeling rushed, while taking care to ease any of our concerns. We are new to the area, so he provided us with a neighbourhood tour as well as some great local recommendations. Doug showed us some great properties right off the get go. It was clear he was attentive to our needs, and was helping us find our home, not just another sale. When we got to the point of making an offer, he guided us and helped us get a deal we could feel really good about. We did all the negations and subject removal from a long distance in our old city, but the process was smooth and stress free. He continued to follow up with some small items after possession, this made us feel like Doug really cares about his clients. We look forward to working with Doug in the future, and would not hesitate one bit to recommend him to anyone looking for a Realtor in the area. Doug certainly went above and beyond for us, and made our first-time home buying experience a pleasure.
