Dena is a very personable women with a very positive attitude. It is obvious that she loves her job and puts 100% into everything that she does for her clients. Her professional opinion was given throughout the process but always with my ideas respected and considered.
It was enjoyable working with Dena as she treated me more like a friend then just a client. This made my time with her, while driving to and from homes, more interesting and less stressful.
Our trip to purchase a home was a long one as the place that I wanted was in foreclosure. Throughout the process legal jargon and concerns over condo documents were beyond my scope of understanding. If I had not had Dena by my side, I would not have understood the implications of my buying decision. As it was, I was able to go into my purchase with my eyes wide open. Whenever she was unsure of my questions, she would either investigate the answer herself or recommend a more knowledgeable person to explain it to me.
