Dave’s great! He is very good at evaluating potential purchases and noticing things which may become issues (i.e., a leak stain on a ceiling, drainage issues, or sunken concrete). He won’t pressure you into making a bad purchase and has a very good idea of the market. He also managed to sell my condo while 4 other units were for sale in the same building, getting exactly what he thought it was worth. He has done multiple sales for my extended family and we are all very happy with him. Can’t recommend him enough.
