David is organized, hard working and understanding to mention only a few of his qualities. I had to unfortunately sell my home of 6 years in an economy that was less then thriving. It was a tough sell but David managed to have constant interest from potential buyers: by having beautiful photos of my home with an amazing virtual tour. He made brochures and used social media to share and promote the home which I find to be most affective in the 'Covid' times were in. Whenever I had any questions or concerns he was attentive to my needs with also providing his expertise. It was a pleasure working with him and I wouldn't have any other realtor. I believe he's a right fit for all who are selling or buying any property.
