Although this is the lowest review I have ever had it is not without warrant. I agree I did not have much neighbourhood and property knowledge on mobile homes. It was my first mobile home deal and I appreciate you working with me to get it done for you and your family. I'm glad we got to catch up on the phone and heard you settled in nicely and were overall happy working with me. As mentioned in our call I think we did the absolute best we could on the negotiation in order to make it work for you and the sellers. We definitely learned through the experience that RBC should be the only bank to consider when considering to buy a mobile home property. Valuable insight for sure!
