We know things can happen fast in the realistate business; Dave made himself readily available for viewings which allowed my husband and I to see properties quickly and at our earliest convenience. What I found most helpful with Dave was his no pressure methods. His goal seemed to be making sure you as the client were happy as opposed to closing a deal.
