Dave was the best realtor I have had. The other realtors I have had in the past (4 of them) couldn’t even compare. Dave’s ability to keep on top of things and respond to questions in a quick manner was quite impressive. His knowledge of houses and what’s on the market gives you a good perspective. He knows about the builders of the house we looked at new and old and told us about there quality. Dave gave me a great feeling that I could trust him completely. Other realtors I had in the past left me feeling like the sale was more important that what our needs were. He sold our house for more than we expected, and had the builders of the homes we were looking at dropping there prices like a reverse bidding war. Was more than I expected from one person. Remax’s commission is higher than some other companies, but Dave is worth ever dollar of it. It was a great pleasure working with him and I would definitely use him again.
