I will give it to Dave, he talks the talk and walks the walk. If you looking for someone not afraid to take a chance when needed, Dave is the guy. He understood what was at cost and I received more than what I needed on my sale. The sign didn't even have time to go up. 14.5 hours after being listed the offer that counted came in and the deal was done. Dave knew the area, agreed with my feelings on the price and was over quickly. There was a reason I hired him, and he did what was needed and came through in no time. That's what I needed.
