We found Dave through looking at recently sold units in our condo. Dave and Ana worked together as a team to provide us feedback and to strategize on properties we're interesting in. At the end of the day we followed Dave's advice and beat out 4 other offers in a bidding war. We are extremely delighted with our experience Dave and his team provided.
