This is the first house I have owned and therefore the first I have sold.
It was an education and Dave Elfassy taught me well and held my hand.
Good job he did, the first two buyers walked away.....stressful to say the least.
My only complaint was that he seemed to prefer dealing with my daughter..
but I don't hold that against him ...he has good taste.
I highly recommend his services and that of his team.
