Dave was fantastic - met him for first time on Wednesday, July 11th - they set up my condo website with fantastic pictures really showing the condo in its best light - listing was published on Monday, July 16 at noon and the condo was sold Tuesday, July 17 evening at above my asking price - could not have been made any easier for me - thanks Dave.
