Dave was able to get us a sale within our expected range for the sale of our home. And we managed to sell just as the market seems to be heading down! We got our short closing and were only on the market for 2 weeks. My only concerns were about the other services. For example, our house was only virtually staged and not physically staged in any way. On Dave's suggestion, we left behind a king bed in the master bedroom. In the house photos, there wasn't even a blanket put on the bed, only the bare mattress was visible, and as far as I know that was the situation during the open house as well. Dave had also indicated that he would assist in the bed removal. Ultimately he did so, but there were hiccups. As we had already moved across the country, we were relying on him to make it happen. On the day the bed was removed, and on the closing day, there were some delays in his returning communications - either by phone, text or email - which raised my stress levels. But otherwise, he was very accessible, outgoing and friendly. A bit hyper and overly enthusiastic, but that can be a good thing too.
