I verbally interviewed a few realtors before deciding on Darren. That turned out to be an excellent decision. He is as good as one can get for a realtor. Just an honest, down to earth realtor who did not try to up sell my house. I actually got more than I expected. His whole team including a lawyer he recommended worked efficiently and seamlessly throughout the sale and closing. I will definitely use him again in the future.
