Danny Hicks (Dan) is the most honest, truthful realtor and person I have ever met. He is friendly, knowledgeable, resourceful and truly understands a home owner’s needs, wants and is not in it to make a buck or too, but because he simply loves what he does and is a true people person. When he agreed to help me sell my house on January 29, the house was listed on February 4 and it was officially SOLD in about 2 weeks after multiple offers and selling it over my asking price. That was unbelievable, but not surprising as he said he would do his best to sell it quickly. He made selling my home effortless and took the worry out of the equation while I focused on moving out of the province. Even after everything was said and done, (a month after house was sold) he agreed to help me out again and went above and beyond the call of duty as a real estate agent by carrying out a personal favor for me with the new owner. Dan, don’t ever change your colors, spots or whatever they call it. You are a true person and a GREAT real estate agent. I have shared my experience with all my family and friends and will definitely be recommending him to anyone I know who is in need of a SUPER realtor and an all around nice guy.
