Daniel was familiar with the condo building of our future condo and was able to advise wisely about what to include and leave out in our offer. Negotiations were getting stressful as the other side kept asking for more documents and higher price while we were facing a time sensitive deadline. Daniel kept working at it, conferred with us before every back and forth phone call and in the end closed the deal!!!
