This was the 3rd time using Dan’s services. It was a bit of a rollercoaster ride from start to finish because of a 3 different buyers that couldn’t get financing. Dan Wilson stuck with it and the fourth offer went through making our deadline. We are very happy overall and would use him a 4th time but plan on taking a break from moving for awhile. Lol. Cheers!
