Our family moved here from Texas, and we got connected with Dan through a referral. Even about 4 or 5 months before our move, Dan had us set up with listings for us to look at and even went on site visits on our behalf and we communicated through facetime just to get a better idea of properties we liked and narrow our search better. When we arrived in Canada and completed our quarantine we knew that we wanted to move on a house very quickly, and at one point we were having difficulty finding a house that fit our family in the original area we were looking at. Dan suggested we expand our search to look in St.Albert, north of Edmonton. We were unfamiliar with the area but that is the area we ended up buying a house in. The area was lovely and the houses really suited us. Without that suggestion I don't think we would have even looked there. Every step from beginning to end was professional, efficient and actually really enjoyable (as aggressive house hunting can be). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dan to anyone I know who is looked for a great realtor.
