Thanks Dave We had to do a quick sale of a 100+ year old home as our 95 year old aunt was moving to a nursing home and needed cash from the sale to cover her ongoing expenses. We interviewed 3 local Hamilton brokers and were impressed with not only Dan’s knowledge and professionalism, but also the large team with state of the art tools, market domination and outreach. He made several suggestions that we would not have thought of, such as having an arborist trim the 50 year old tree to allow the house facade to be visible from the street.
