She is incredibly organized - at our first ever get-together she provided us with a binder that contained tons of useful information about the whole process from start to finish - current market trends, flow charts, steps, graphs, breakdown of insurance types, contacts (so useful!!!), etc. We consulted this binder frequently and would call Daisy if we had any further questions (which she always answered promptly and cheerfully).
