I worked with Craig in the sale of our duplex. It was a most positive experience. We got the price we wanted in a few short weeks. Remarkably, he was prepared to hold out for a higher price than we were, thus delaying his commission! Craig is a great example of what a real estate agent should be. He is a very professional, knowledgeable and client-focused agent. He communicates clearly and frequently and is available 7 days a week at all hours.
I very much appreciated his expertise and his personal sensitivity to our family needs. He is the best.
