Cory explained the range he thought was reasonable for us to list our house at, and importantly, the range he thought it would likely sell at. We listed in the middle of his suggested range and the final sale came in near the upper end of the range he thought the selling price would be. Having a good understanding of what the realistic, likely outcome would be from the start was very important to me.
