Cliff has a warm manner and aims to please his client. He is complimentary about the house and property to be sold and very encouraging about your prospects for selling.
He shows you prospects for buying without pressure and with current information as well as specific pluses and minuses which helps a great deal re environment, any updating required to make it a desirable choice (or not), honest views on the property, current status of neighbourhood, etc.
Viewing properties can be tiring and/or discouraging at times, but Cliff made it easy and more like an excursion than a business opportunity. I am sure it was difficult for him living in Victoria and showing me properties in Sidney but never had the sense that it was an inconvenience for him.
The actual buying and selling of property was handled efficiently and on a timely basis and all parties were happy with the outcome and appreciated the time allowed for a congenial celebration at the end of it.
