Christine quickly zeroed in on what was needed and help us be realistic in our expectations. Sometimes it is hard to separate the emotional attachment to the property with what is realistic in a given market. Christine was good at working through the details with us and giving us solid advice when we received an offer. As a result, our property sold quickly - exactly what we were hoping!
