Christian Obando was great from the start. He met with us to go over our place and discuss how best to stage our house so that we could move it quickly and get the most out of it. From listing to officially sold it was a seamless three weeks. We also used Christian on the purchase of our new property. He was fast and efficient which is what we needed. He was also very knowledgeable and proactive with both our purchase and sale. Couldn't have asked for more and would highly recommend him to anyone.
