Che did a great job for us. We've been in our home for 35 years so we haven't had to use a realtor for a long time. As this was during the end of the first phase of the Covid-19 crisis time, we were not sure how the market was going to react. It was early June and we wanted it sold by the end of September. That was a lot of time but again, due to Covid-19, we were concerned about the length of time it may take to sell. Well, our concerns were unfounded. We discussed the value of the homes in the neighborhood and we both offered our suggested list price. Mine was a little higher (not by much) and Che had no problem with that. Within a couple days, Che got the ball rolling and had professionals take pictures and measure our home. The pictures were amazing. To be fair, we did a lot of work both inside and outside of our home and we took all the non important items out of the rooms to make it look lived in but without all the knick knacks and personal items, etc etc. Took everything off the kitchen counters to give it that spacious look. The home also had great curb appeal and the inside was nicely upgraded as well for the area. However, the pictures and the description of our home done by Che on the MLS was very good and gave it that pop. The house was not even on the market for 8 hours and we already had 9 requests to show the home. Five on the Wednesday, the day we listed the house, four on Thursday and a couple on Friday. Che made it perfectly clear to everyone the enthusiasm there was for our home and that multiple offers where being made. By the end of the first day, we already had two offers and by Friday evening, we had 4 offers. The lowest offer we had was at our list price and the other three were all OVER LIST price. We were in complete shock. We made our decision that Friday night. We didn't even take the highest price as one offer was without conditions and they allowed for a later possession date than the others. That was important to us... and we still got over list. Che did a great job although I'm sure this was probably one of his fastest sales perhaps in quite a while. We were very pleased as we got more than list but feel it was very fair. It was a very shocking but amazing experience and took a load off our shoulders. Thanks for the good work Che.
