I have been buying and selling real estate since 1972 but I have never met the likes of Charlie Kiers before. He is so knowledgeable and personable. It was like touring with an old friend who goes far beyond what is expected. I expected a competent realtor but was pleasantly surprised by his ability to engage in such a professional manner and translate my expectations into the most relevant properties and ultimately a perfect match. Charlie is very experienced and knows the market well. Questions ranging from zoning to condo rules/regulations to neighborhoods and Vancouver real estate trends were answered with patience and encyclopedic knowledge. Honestly it was fun to be around Charlie and learn from him. Now, several months later I am totally delighted with my new property.
