Another WIN for the books! This is the second time I have worked with Calvin to sell my properties. The first one sold without even posting on MLS as Calvin had many investors looking for properties so the buyer saw the property the day after I decided to sell and ended up buying it! Now even with the competitive market I again ended up with a successful sale with a backup offer which was fantastic. I am a very active investor which requires me to sell properties from time to time and Calvin is always the one to go to.
