Brennan was awesome to deal with from the very beginning. We knew listing in October wouldn’t be great but we did have a ton of showings before Christmas. The camera he uses for the pictures and video for the listing is phenomenal! If you stage your home properly, his camera will accent all your hard work. He was straightforward with us about everything and since I was a home selling and buying newbie (this was my husbands 1st house that we just sold), he did a great job of dumbing it down for me. We asked a lot of questions and he was always patient with us. Brennan is extremely knowledgeable about everything to do with buying or selling a home; I don’t think there was anything he didn’t know the answer to. When he helped us buy our new home he prepared us properly and knew what we needed to do. We could not have asked for a better realtor! Thank you Brennan!
