I wanted a a quick sale of my row condo unit. There were 351 condos for sale in the local market, 4 on my street. Brenda recommended an asking price lowervthan other condos, which i thought was low. But i went with her suggestion. I sold for full ask in 3 days. Very pleased with results. Thsnk you Brenda
