When we did find the house we wanted to buy, Brenda was invaluable in helping us construct an offer by making sure we had all of the details, including comparing comps and price strategies. Throughout the closing process, she made sure to keep us up to date on every aspect, making it all go very smoothly. In addition, Brenda had a roster of real estate lawyers, house inspectors etc. that she shared with us, and her recommendations were spot on and very helpful. We have bought various homes throughout North America, and Brenda was without a doubt the best purchasing realtor we have ever had. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone!
