Brad was a professional real estate agent from word go. His transparency and approachability are par excellence. That besides the depth of knowledge about the building, construction, renovation, improvements that can be carried out helped us make an informed decision about the property. What we also appreciated was his communication skills. He would keep us informed over phone, on text and emails about what was coming up, the status, updates, et al. And yes, very quick response time! We would definitely recommend him for your next residential house search!
