My wife and I decided that we would downsize our home to a condominium. Our plan was to have a long sales process. Our time-line strategy was to make sure that we were ready for, and could live in a condo environment and also to decide what kind/style of condo we needed.
We contacted Bill Meyer and discussed the long lead time that we required. Bill was on board with our plan immediately. He helped us to refine our plan and strategy and that day set us up to receive MLS listings that suited our needs. All of this was done with absolutely no sales pressure from Bill, he was focused on helping us find what we needed, when we needed it. Over the first year he checked in periodically and brought us to properties that we wanted to view that were not available through Open House visits. We also worked with other professionals that Bill recommended to help us update/stage our home. We made these changes over an 18 month period.
This entire process was handled in a highly profession/seamless manner from our first meeting with Bill, staging, marketing, showings. Our house went on the market on March 01, and was sold on March 24. We purchased our new home, condo on April 06.
Selling and buying a home can be one of the most stressful life events. Working with Bill was a seamless and pleasurable experience. We are delighted with the entire process and our new home.
