Ann made it easy for us to sell the parent's house in Sidney. She handled all the contacts for the myriad of issues such as repair and cleaning which we could not deal with as we live on the mainland. It was great to have Ann as our go to person and greatly reduced the stress that would have been involved commuting to deal with all the little things that pop up when trying to sell a house.
