Ann was very helpful assessing the market for me during an estate settlement. We were able to price the house competitively and get a quick, but fair selling price and favourable terms. As well, Ann recommended a good lawyer to help with the transaction, making it very seamless. All of this was accomplished while I lived in Ontario. Her network of cleaners, painters, lawyers and landscapers helped us wrap up the sale with little need for me to be physically present. Thanks Ann!
